GRRR!!!!! I swear, this company sometimes.......kinda makes you wanna think of burnin the mother down. (ofcourse i wouldnt do that.) I bend over ass backwards for this place and dont even get the common courtesy of vaseline and a reach-a-round! We really need a union :(

I just started working at Dillions and I am on the Night Crew. The scheduling is kinda strange for me Is it a day behind? If my schedule says : Sunday 11pm to 7am. That means I work Sunday night to 7am Monday morning right?

Seems like a lot of write-ups going on as of late at the stores to senior employees. Any dept heads on here ever get written up for something so stupid that left you scratching your head and pissed you off at the same time?

I understand it's probably different in each contract. But say at 5 years you became vested for pension benifits and decided to quit about how much (reasonable estimate) would you be eligible to receive when your payments came in wayy down the road? And about how much if you put in 20-25 years?
