Here's a question, what if we don't get certified? If we fail....are they going to closet the store down? are hours going to be cut...

I understand it's probably different in each contract. But say at 5 years you became vested for pension benifits and decided to quit about how much (reasonable estimate) would you be eligible to receive when your payments came in wayy down the road? And about how much if you put in 20-25 years?
