On Express HR they have the Salary/Wage information, and I am slightly confused. What are job steps? And Accrued Credited Quantity? And Quantity Remaining? Also, as a Cashier how often does my pay rate go up? Is it by days with Kroger, or by hours worked?

Our contract says that you get paid time and a half on the sixth day but only if you work six CONSECUTIVE days in a week. Does it matter if you are full time ? I thought working on a sixth day would be overtime whether it was consecutive or not since you are working over 40 hours. I am confused.

For real, control your damn kids, the grocery store isn't a playground. If i had a dollar for every time a loose kid darted out from some random isle while i'm hauling a full pallet of water i wouldnt have to work here any more.
