I was asked to help clean in another department for an 8-and-1/2hr shift. I got a little backed up because the truck came in and the employee that was helping me had to go unload it. On Express HR they have the Salary/Wage information, and I am slightly confused. What are job steps? And Accrued Credited Quantity? And Quantity Remaining? Also, as a Cashier how often does my pay rate go up? Is it by days with Kroger, or by hours worked?
