I work midnights stocking and over the weekend the guy that does our floors at night threatened me in Spanish. It happened when I entered the doors that lead to the back warehouse area next to the produce back room and I had no witnesses, but I got it on audio recording. I don't know Spanish but the guy sta...

Today I was "scolded" for getting 20 measly minutes of ot (big deal... 20 min) when they are trying to save (cut) hours. The reason I opted to start earlier is because e the area I was cleaning was beyond filthy. It was an ooey, gooey, gloppy, sloppy, mess. I tried telling management but they s...

I work at the deli, and I'm the one who makes sandwiches. But at the same time, I also have to stop and wait on customers if we get more than one lined up, because we're understaffed most of the time and there will be only one person on counter if I'm making sandwiches. I was only working 5 hours, so as you can...

I currently am still part time and thus do not know if I am able to have health insurance through work or not. Could someone point me in the right direction? I did not receive much in...

Our contract says that you get paid time and a half on the sixth day but only if you work six CONSECUTIVE days in a week. Does it matter if you are full time ? I thought working on a sixth day would be overtime whether it was consecutive or not since you are working over 40 hours. I am confused.
