(Preview)
I'm just burned out of my department. I can't take working in the deli anymore. I hate how slammed we always are and I can't stand my management or coworkers. They always wander off to go chat, or they go find something else to do so that they won't have to wait on counter and that leaves me stuck by myself wa...

A Return to the Subject of Take-Backs
(Preview)
OK: I spent 33% of my Sunday doing nothing but take backs. Mostly perishable goods. As I was doing this arduous procedure, it occured to me how many times my hourly employees might be tempted to just take the cold and frozen food back to its place, instead of the claims dept. which is where it belongs. Buy...
