OK, so I worked doing salad bar and cut fruit. Salad bar was moved to a new store. So the cut fruit/salad bar hours were cut. I continued in the produce dept. But now that the hours for cut fruit has been cut back the lady doing that wants my hours in produce. She has seniority over me but I feel it unfair since...

Since I work at Krogers I hear their ads a lot, and in one ad the announcer mentions pink peppercorn ice cream. Has anyone else heard this ad? I don't know if the ads in all the stores are the same. In any case, I always go to the ice cream aisle to look, but I've never seen it with my own two eyes. It seems like s...

Kroger is ''Customer 1st'', but the chicken count always seems to outweigh the customer because, ''the numbers 'have to be 100% correct' and always 'on time' '', like we're machines or something of the sort. Just another example of kroger's 'finite wisdom'.

The following is a copy of a letter sent to the international office. I have to wonder if they ever follow up on complains. towards the locals. This is a case where they never did and the local 1000 rep and president failed to do their job as they are paid to do. Just believe that a number of their reps just...

Ok, what's up with this? Our store is in its fourth week of the new e-schedule thing, and it's hard to decide how I feel about it. On one hand I'm happy, because I just spent three months straight working 11-8 on Saturdays, and I have been off two Saturdays in a row. On the other hand, it's crazy. It breaks th...

Had a customer jump down my throat for purchasing markdowns. She seemed to think that employee's should not be allowed to buy markdowns. She went so far as to have a manager come to the check out and wanted him to force me to give her the chicken and beef that was in my cart. How stupid. She really got pissed...
