our uscan ipad is broken and they're taking their sweet time before buying a new one or getting it fixed. and so ive been told that we HAVE to carry the supid thing around still. seriously. we have to carry a paper weight on a sash in case secret shoppers come by. pretty fucKing annoying

I went from part time to a full time lead position recently, how many 40 hour weeks/8 hour shifts until i see this and have my pay rate and/or title change, or is this something i need to bug management about? Also i should be getting back pay to my effective position change right?

Got word today that our contract has been extended through the 15th of November. But in two months of negotiations they have only talked about the health plans partof things, not a thing about wages. They are going to bring in a health care expert to help with things, so I wonder how much that will cost...
