What are Kroger's rules regarding the use of smokeless tobacco by employees while on the clock and/or while on Kroger property? Does anyone know exactly what formula they use for ELMS? I know that items per minute is a big part of it, but I also know that transation time and customers per hour have something to do with it along with some other things.

My wife lost her coverage on my plan. She was a rider. the UFCW SAYS I DID NOT CHECK THE RIGHT BOX ON MY ONLINE FORM. This is so petty. She has been on my Ins for 20 yrs. I am appealing the decision. Just pisses me off.

Can Kroger (Fred Meyer) change the schedule if you were allready approved for time off & change it to where you no longer get those approved days off?... Especially if you got approved well in advance of their time frame for asking?... & have allready made plans, & spent money for whateve...
