Just like the Old Milwaukee commercial : It just doesn't get any better.......
And thats a fact, it ain't gonna get any better at Kroger.Amazing these people have been in business this long, but then the owners are Jewish. How else could you run a food chain like this and still make money off the government.
We're 3 men short this week on a small crew with pallets of distribution being shoved up our ass like a huge suppository. And I walked out the door at 5am just as scheduled. I couldn't work in a grocery FT nowadays, especially for Kroger. We do around 3 million this week and they can't even buy a time clock that works right. I have to sign in for the last 2 weeks and haven't had a problem in about a year now.
With Seniors Day,Labor Day and EBT(food stamp) cards getting re-filled. All in 1 week. 1 man quit,1 on vacation,1 probably fired and never coming back and 1 stepping up to fill his slot. So we've been short for the last month.
I think you mean "Jewish gangsters", and I'm not so sure they are Jewish or really even human when I look at their anti-social behavior. Everybody please don't shop where you would not work.
Wait until you get a driver that's pissed off at their management and decides to take it out on you. Make the mistake of telling them whatever problems they have with their management is theirbprpblem and that may earn you busted pallets with product toppling itself over of the driver taking it out decides to slam it into another pallet making a bigger mess.

Its happened at my store a few times.
Driver is definitely justified in doing that.
It'll end badly for him because if thr driver gets enough complaints against him, it may coat him his job.

Highly doubtful. Truckers are in even greater demand than almost all other workers in the job market.
I worked for another retailer and we routinely filed complaints on the condition pallets would come to our store. NOTHING came of them. Ever. Nor or the drivers.
The longer I keep working at my current location I'm beginning to see why all the long term people are grumpy aff holes. After getting denied a promotional opportunity because I got covid the week of the interview I'm saying f' my company. I have no problem abusing the union rules to the degree that I can. All hope has been extinguished because of this decision and I now no longer give two f's about my job. I'm not going out of my way any longer to tidy up the department like i use to. All hope with this employment has bee extinguished. I have decided to enact plan b and I will consider leaving this company soon. I am very close to a long term mark with the company. Once I hit it I will consider moving on. I see no future with this company other than toiling in the same position repetitiously until I quit or retire.
