Just a big waste of time. I can cut to fill two to three wholes in the counter by the time it takes to fill this thing out. This does not help the customer in any fashion.
I believe most markets are filling this tool out as best they can and still writing a cutting list to set their counters in. My meat department is making a real good profit and its not because of this production tool but the experience of the crew. We still haven't past our key retailing check because of this and I don't think we ever will. I know they say its not going to go away but I think they are wrong.
