So here lately there have been several of employees on the front end who have been caught stealing one way or another. So my question is, am i wrong for blaming the CSM for her lack of observation? They have been working for Kroger for some time now; and they are just now finding out about their dishonesty?
Of course they know! How do you think they got caught??? There not going to broadcast it over the P.A. or talk about it in the rumor mill... ahh...to catch a theif!
