I work at a Kroger as a bagger and there's an older male cashier there. He's been in trouble for sexual harrasing the male employees there several times. While me and other baggers and pushing buggies and he happens to be on break he'll sit out side and stare at us hardcore. If he's on break I won't push buggies unless it's absolutely necessary. He's said some inappropriate things to about all of us there. Someone at the store made a fake myspace of a 14 year old male and added this cashier on myspace. The cashier tried to meet the fake myspace boy for sex. He's always talking about us baggers. Is there anyway we can put a stop to this? He makes us feel uncomfortable and no one wants to work with him.
find out his schedule. have your friends wait for him outside of his car when he gets off. you cant be there only your friends. Have them beat the **** out of him
Be intelligent and instead of posting on a website about it, talk to your union representative and file a grievance. Try to get others who have observed to his behavior to follow the same precedure and you should be rid of him in no time.
Only thing they will do is transfer him to another store, I have seen this happen many times in the 14 years I have been with Kroger. We used to have a guy just like the OP is talking about. There were at least 7 diff guys file Sexual Harrassment on him..... Only thing that happened was that he was shipped to another store.
Im sorry, but if it were me I would have kicked that guys ass if he were coming on to me like that. I could care less about getting fired from this piss poor job they call kroger.
We had an old guy do this and it was creepy. He was eventually let go for sexual hara--ssment. It sort of hit a mark with a customer when he hit on a young tween.
