how do isp work? how about "how does the "ISP" option work" sorry but those little bad english expressions drive me crazy. ISP, Order Processing, find your next order date under your dept number, for example mine is 16, frozen, then highlight that date and press enter, next put an "S" in front of your dept number and press enter, next select "manual order create", press enter.
That's it.
Your order is now created but your on hands are no doubt screwed up so you should print a copy of the order and review it before calling it a done deal. Make revisions as needed and correct on hands and minimums on a daily basis as needed until the CAO is making orders with minimum need for ISO items.
