Mrs. Tanner has shown these last couple days what she is truly all about and it is not the welfare of the people that is under her. I found out that she would not let the Belle Meade Kroger Store close Sunday. Now I have been told that people are trapped in the store. The water is knee high and know one can get out. They have to wait for rescue to come and get them. Some may say well she did not know what the weather was going to be like. We know better than that. Weather is all that has been on for two days. I think the world of Kroger. I just don't think she needs to be in the leadership position she is in. She looks at the people under her as stepping blocks and nothing more.
our store in the midsouth division got flooded a few years back (while Dee was the zone manager) it was an ok experience they helped out but we really could have done it on our own. It was like we were one big family til we got our store back to normal then they didn't seem to care anymore
I've never had a run-in with Mrs. Tanner luckily. The one day she came into my store, I had to go to court for a shoplifter. Yay for luck.
And yes, the store across town closed down due to excessive water inside of the store during the flooding across TN in early May. But, lo and behold, Mr. McCullough called and told them to re-open the store despite the 2" of water standing inside.
