1 can you prove your situation and what is going on in your work enviroment 2 nothing will change if you are not willing to move up in the company nobody wants to commit to the job so only money hungry bullies who will find other people like them (and even make people into the same) to team up against you will take it. 3 Know how Kroger wants you to do your job there is a way of doing the job in the amount of time they give you ( although this information may never be giving to you do to the fact the less you know the more management can blame you ) take the tests on the computers in the store be sneaky about it if you are that worried about it 4 Federal laws State laws and union contracts know them they will help you learn how to protect yourself. 5 just an fyi suing the company will barely get you any money compared to working as and assistant manager for like 5 years and youll only satisfied for a small time and then have to go back to the same crap somewhere else..
