The next job step is earned when you have completed all your remaining quantity. Quanty remaining is number of weeks until your next pay raise. Job stems are your way. Each wage increase is a new job step.
Did you just get hired? I Don't think you should be getting a raise that quickly after your last one....and not to get all into personal things like wage, but don't you normally get raises in 25 cent increments?

My Kroger page doesn't have the quantity things. I don't know what it means.
The pay raise increments and time between raises depend on many factors, including seniority, job title, department, full or part time status, and which local's contract you're under. I'm not sure if you're full or part time but for full time employees, the quantity remaining is the # of weeks til the next raise. However if you're part time it APPEARS to mean the # of 40 hour weeks you have to work. So for you, it's 120 hours.
if the "accrued credited quantity" and "quantity Remaining" is based off of weeks until your next pay increse, that really isn't much at all.. .50cents you'll get, but you'll have to work almost 10 years to get that?!!! NO THANKS!

Man, you make all that money and come to a forum to talk down on people with a lower wage. Maybe now with all that money, daddy and mommy will give you some attention and love. Money doesnt mean anything once youre 6 feet under. These people may not have as much money, but I bet you theyre a lot happier than someone such as yourself. Hope you felt like the big man when you commented that, buddy. Some people are so poor, all they have is money.
In six weeks, you'll get a 10 cent per hour raise. I've worked for them in a cheese shop for about a year and one half. In my store, you got $10.30/hour, I did have a bit of experience, not sure if that helped. After passing a test, you got $1.60/hour raise and then .35/hour each six months up to $12.90 which I think is the top at this time.
