i work nightstock in michigan. If i had my 3 yr anniversary the 2nd of july this year do i get one weeks pay or two? contract says after 3 you get 2 weeks vacation.
You should get a 2nd week of vacation after July 2nd. Speak to your HR person or store manager. It should have been noted when you filled out your vacation request.
If no positive response, discuss it with your in store union steward.
