Kroger's Health issuance is provided by the union. There will be a packet in the mail a week before open enrolment. You can only apply or change benefits during the open enrolment time, which last for 3 weeks I believe. One is passes you have to wait for another year.
From my experience, after appx 12 months you will receive information about insurance......however......you are looking at about 15 months of consecutive service before you will have insurance.
BTW OP, if you're a bagger, chances are you don't qualify either.
Not necessarily. In my division, your job class has nothing to do with it.
Uh, that's why I wrote "chances are." I didn't say it was definite. In most divisions though, baggers are lucky if they can even get a raise, let alone some kind of benefit like health insurance.
And what are the guidelines on when that time will be for part timers? What are the guidelines as to what, when, where and why.....? I keep getting the run around and no answers.
