I've worked on night crew for 6 years. The hours are starting to wear on me and I'd like to transfer to meat/seafood or frozen or dairy or really any other full-time job during the day. If I ask the store manager for one, am I likely to get one?
You won't know until you ask. Tell your store manager why you think you should be transferred. Are you reliable? Do you get the job done in a timely manner? Tell your store manager some good points about yourself and convince him/her.
