When a customer asks you "where is X." You're suppose to respond with "OSAT, BITCHES!" then slap them as hard as you can!

Thank you. So does it mean overall customer satisfaction or does it mean my overall performance with my customers?

We don't get rated individually. It's overall satisfaction... Like somebody already said...

It's just a score used to show what percent of customers gave a 5 on the survey.

Here the goal is 68%. It just means that 68% of customers gave a 5.

Yep. It also shows how long customers have to wait in line, how quickly problems are resolved, friendliness of the employee etc. to me it's a lot easier because the store is graded as a whole instead of an individual employee. It also makes it to where you don't have to find the "nameless" employee that was rude Or nice. It also makes it where all employees that did good are recognized as a whole and vice versa.

HOWEVER.... Sometimes they can and do write employee names down.

I've always wondered that. If someone decides to really rip into someone, for personal reasons or whatever and put "X is the worst employee in the store, he/she wasn't very helpful at all and was just rude to me. I wanted to get an item for free and they wouldn't mark it down for me!! They need fired now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111" would they throw that person under the bus by posting the comment on the huddle packet?

Yes.  At my store sometimes they're ignored, other times they've lead to a CA which is crap.

I know I've been worried about some customers over my time because they've been complete jackasses.  I tell them they have to wait because I'm already with a customer and they launch into a tirade that they're in a hurry.  I tell them I don't have the money to cash their 4000 check and they demand to see a manager.  I had one call me a racist because I had sat a pen down for her on the counter instead of shoving it in her face. Yes! Really! I had one upset I didn't get his tobacco for him to take to another register where he was not even at checkout yet because I was off to help cashier needing an override for her customer.

I've decided I hate weekends because that's when the most "returns" happen and about half are fraudulent with shopped, fake or no receipts. I'm always suspicious of women with luggage-sized purses that they pull return items out of... usually without a receipt.
