How do I view my w2 form on express hr?

You can't. You could look at the paystub for 12-26-13 and get most of the info needed but you will be missing some numbers like Nontaxable insurance.

Ask your CSM or payroll clerk where you would see a copy of your W-2 online.

I doubt any of us who work at Kroger actually owed taxes....

Actually I didn't. I'm not sure why they didn't mail me one, it would have saved me a lot of headache.

Did you move? It might have been sent to wrong address.

For future reference, the W-2 is supposed to be mailed to you by January 31st of the year. If you don't recieve it by the first week of February, that is the time to start looking for a copy.

Only once in my life did I recieve my W2 on April 16th, the day after I mailed in my taxes! That was before the internet and computers so I just guestimated my income that year.

Kroger uses mytaxforms.com

login = your social security # without dashes

password is the last 4 digits of you EUI number and the year of your birth (all 4 digits)

if this does not work for you:

call 1-800-952-8889. Say 'password' or press '20' it will get you to a human and ask for the w2 line.
