Ha. The old deli manager here got fired for that. She would tell her employees to change dates and finally, someone had the balls to say something at a zone meeting. She was investigated and tried throwing the whole dept. under the bus. It didn't work. The union fought for her. Got her job back, but as a cashier. She flipped the hell out and quit the first day back.
Thank god though because the deli manager now is the best. Both her and the assistant manager (backup) are SOOOOOO much better than the ones from before.
