Im not in the union but ive been having these 2 guys who are in the union making things up calling there union rep and trying to get me fired.I know this becuz there very very close friend who works with us un the same dept told me 3 months ago 2 days before i was up in the store managers office with the union.So I told everyone what they were doing nothing really happened and 2 weeks ago one of the guys snapped at me when I asked him a question and what did he do?He called the union saying i said this and that and i was right back in the office again with the same people.I argued with the union told them hes lying and they wont stop this and again nothing happened except we just dont try to talk to each other and do our jobs was about it.Well just the other day i was told they have another plan so Im asking for advice what should i do?im not in the union and im worried the store manager will transfer me out of here if i bring anything up cuz i know hes tired of this as am i.Any help would b greatly appreciated thanks
easy i dont want to b in the union i work in the meat market and after seeing how these people use the union the way they do theres no way i will ever join

I have a better idea. Kiss up to the store manager like he is a god. Always ask him if he needs any help and make sure you're getting your work done. If these same people try to get the store manager's pet fired, then the store manager will write them up multiple times on petty things and get them fired.

I'd say that she's part of the problem. Stay away from her and quit talking to her.
