Does your deli have numbers? We've been trying to get a number ticket thing for years but management keeps refusing. They say "no, it's more personal if you ask which customer is next!" All that does is cause fights to break out and upset customers. Thanks Kroger.
Our store has numbers but I don't think people really use them. We also have one of those kiosks things in our foyer so the customers can order their deli stuff before they begin shopping. I think the only time customers actually use the numbers is when it's busy like during the holidays for example.
I've heard about those kiosks. Are they nice? We're a big store so I'm surprised we don't have one. All we have is a "grab and go" which is basically where we cut the most popular meats and cheeses in the morning and bag it up and then put it out for customers to get without having to line up at the deli.
