How do I avoid being fired during the 60 Day probation period at the call center? How do I learn to keep ACW at 90
minutes or less every week? This is stressing me out. I can't lose my job. I'm still in nesting. Please, please, pretty pretty PLEASE somebody put my mind at ease!!!!!!!!!

After call work (ACW) is supplementary work that a call center agent completes after the call has ended.
After Call Work typically includes:
Entering disposition codes into the call center software
Updating databases, call center software, CRM, helpdesk, Salesforce, etc., with customer information, notes from the call and pertinent information from the interaction
Completing forms related to the interaction
Sending emails, faxes, mail, etc.
Sending a department-wide email regarding issues discussed
