I was called in for an interview at the end of july went to interview was hired they verified my avaibilty with me 3 times trained me one week worked me the next then decided if you don't open your avalabilty more then we are letting you go I said but yall verified my hours with me 3 times you saw my hours I can worked hired me for them now your gonna let me go I was very nice just wanted to no why they even messed with me even quite my other job to come work for yall and yall do this to me she said I was rude and predictive I was not rude at yall I just want answers

Your management team was full of idiots. They were hoping that you'd, like, fall in love with them and get just as brainwashed as them and do whatever they wanted.

I'm sorry that you got fired, but.... such is life. collect your unemployment and look for another job. Good luck, man.

I don't know what you put for your availability, but if you limited it to mornings and no weekends (for example).. they should have let you know right away it would not work. You see, there is this thing called a 'union' at Kroger. That means people who have been there a while, no matter how useless they are will always get the best pay, best shifts and ass kissed, period. You are better off not working there in the end. It's a crappy company, low pay for those who actually do the grunt work, low to no benefits depending on where you work and that every-loving union contract for your store. You are better off at a Walmart, heck if you are a good worker and go the distance, you could gee, I don't know get a rise faster, better position, better sift, etc., and not have to be there ages. So don't look at this as a bad thing, go celebrate a bit, then hit the bricks for a better job. Good luck to you.
