I've got a kroger issued hat, never been given a problem about wearing it, being a cashier. I wore It for 3 months straight when I got a bad hair cut. Now today, my co-pay a get says we can't wear them, but won't price t out another copy of the uniform code. I know I have never seen anywhere that says cashiers cannot wear hats. .
Cashiers typically can't wear hats for loss prevention reasons. Just think.
I would think it would be pants pockets that would be a concern, not a hat. There are cameras pointed right at you all day and night. I would think trying to put something in a hat would be a lot harder than your pants pockets.

this.
Also, at our store people wear whatever hat they want. Non-kroger issued hats. I know of 2-3 people who wear football hats, golf hats, etc on a daily basis. Mgt doesn't care. Rock on!
