What's the average time it take for a member of GM TO FACE THE STORE?

it depends on how big your store is, how many isles your drug/GM is responsible for, and how many people you have working the department.

My store it takes about an hour or so.

Depends on the size of the GM department in question. Typically it's a 4 hour ordeal at my store. It can vary depending on if you also have to condition checklanes, magazines, books, sunglasses, and possibly the kitchenplace subdepartment. I haven't even mentioned cigarettes and tobacco. Usually the newest cashier is charged with straightening that circus act.

If it were me, and I knew I wouldn't get done I'd do a quick condition, just so nothing is completely untouched.   It's easier to explain why it wasn't conditioned perfectly, than not at all in my opinion.   That happens on night crew fairly often, only leaving 30 minutes or so to condition an aisle that would otherwise take upwards of an hour.

The toy isle and the make up isle can take all day.

This applies to all retail: When you're crunched for time on this, focus on just the ends of the aisles. Saves time, you get more aisles done, and trust me when I tell you this: all management wants to do is fly by the ends, like what they see, and not have to stop.

Works like a charm.

Interesting idea. I'll have to check it out.
