I was just given my employee discount plus card (after two months of working at Kroger). Today, I used my card at another Kroger and bought a few Kroger brand items that it did not take off. We have a 10% discount in my district. My question is - does it take time for the card to get set up and loaded with the discount? I don't want to make a fuss about it especially if it is already processing but I would like to have the discount and if it wasn't set up properly I need it fixed. It also appears that the card has already been used as there is already fuel points on it that I did not spend..
when you first get hired and stuff, you just give them a new kroger card from the customer service desk, fill out the form and give it to your HR person (or a manager) and they should put it in as employee card. It may take a few weeks to go through though.
oh also if you go to the customer service desk with your receipt you can ask them for a refund for the 10% off since youre an employee. thats what my hr person said
