For instance a women who was head of safety for the ralphs division she cracked he head open falling off a shopping cart taking a picture (talk about safety first LOL) does she get fired nope after all the time off she comes back as a store manager and constantly harasses people then after that they just keep moving her around... guess its just who you know

Case in point: Big Bob shows up late for work and is a tad drunk. He works as head cashier and does nothing productive during his shift.
Management of Big Bob: you should have invited me to go along. Be sure ou do next time.
Lenny the courtesy clerk. Shows up late for his shift and slightly drunk. HOWEVER he is PRODUCTIVE during ALL his shifts and NEVER turns down hours.

Suggestion: don't show up to work drunk. I mean, that seems like it's fairly obviously a terrible idea...
i wondered this for awhile but i just read another forum a manager started and casually mentioned about how he was too lazy to hire someone else so he never fired anyone
