Everyone in my store thinks something is going on between them. He's always talking to her and helping her out in her department and it's so obvious that if there isn't anything creepy going on between them, he's at least picking favorites. She doesn't get most of her work done but she seems to think she's an honorary comanager now bossing everyone around acting like she runs the store.
There's a lot of people getting sick and tired of it but if anyone complains, will anything really be done about it? He is due to be transferred sometime (we always have our managers go within a year or so) but this is really getting annoying.
It happens often, co-managers get shifted around often enough that nobody really ever makes too big a fuss about it. Now if it was a store manager, that may be a different story.
