I'm mad I work in Starbucks and I have not had the proper training and then they wanna have me close by myself and i don't know how to make drinks yet. Sorry just a rant LOL
Funny how the newest, least knowledgeable people always have to close in deli/bakery/starbucks. They *should* put you on something like a 10-7 where you always have someone by your side. But thanks to the union people can bump hours and send you to the graveyard shift every. ****ing. day. And then the morning crew will bitch about how you didn't do some obscure task like "Dust the interior of cabinet 4."
You pretty much have to learn as you go. If anyone gives you **** about it, just calmly remind them that you're new and you can't help it if no one's training you.
