I am so tired of people who don't work! Yesterday our co-manager came in at 12 pm. Still upstairs at 12:30 when her lunch arrived. Spent another hour and a half eating. File clerk was right there with her, going over their facebook and looking at pictures and videos! This is a everyday thing. I'm not sure what the file clerk does when she works overnight, but I do notice the posts she puts up when she's suppose to be working! Why does the manager put up with this?
The manager is getting paid salary, not hourly. She'll get the same $750 each week. As for the file clerk, they have an unusual workload. Maybe it was a slower day?
If it's that important to you file a complaint with the union or talk to the manager. Make sure you get the employees who are having to do the file clerks job on board with you. After that goes well you should start in on the courtesy clerks messing around in the parking lot, the cashiers who chit chat during slow times instead of cleaning the registers or straighten/stock the candy racks. The list goes on and on. You will be so busy keeping and eye on everyone and complaining that it will come back to you. The complaints will be against you because you aren't doing your job, you are too busy complaining. So, good luck with that!
