Anyone know how QueVision comes up with it's half-hour number? We've had times where we have one brief rush (so brief that the five-minute chart doesn't show us going above a 2.0) and it gives us a miserable 60 for that half-hour even though it impacted only one or two customers, but other times I've seen the average go to 2.5 and stay above 2 for a while, and we didn't even dip below an 80. Right now I (and my front end lead) feel like contestants on that show where everythings made up and the points dont matter.
