I'm a courtesy clerk. I know usually cashiers do it, but I knew I asked for more hours and my manager let me do it.
It's all I've basically been doing for the last three weeks. I did it for eight hours today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. I have like 500 fuel points and my name is constantly being mentioned.
Now my store is forcing courtesy clerks to do them since I like doing it. lol It's fun to me. My store says I'm so good at it, but no one understands why I love doing it.
Kroger does fire employees that fill them out while on the clock.
Stealing time and falsifying company documents.
I heard of a Store manager and Comanager that were almost fired for filling them out. They were both demoted instead. One just got a promotion to a District manager the day before the sh it hit the fan. Lost it. They were using their personal cell phones to "fill them out for elderly customers" that don't do internet.
The OP and anyone that fills them out will be caught and fired eventually.
Guys my store has an OSAT table at the front of the store where we explain the OSAT survey to customers and how they can get 50 fuel points by doing a short survey. No one is doing OSAT surveys. I don't even know how to drive or have a license. My mother uses my fuel points. Why would I need fuel pounts and I don't gave a car?
I don't see the problem honestly other than the fuel points. they want surveys they are getting them. You can't force a customer to do surveys. Hell, even I do 10-15 to being up out score. No one knows it is me. As for fuel points, I just type in a random card number that is the same to the kroger card number and change a couple digets. There you go. Untraceable back to me
