It all happened a few months ago. I have no proof, no witnesses no nothing. But this same guy has a history of harassing and groping on other girls there (so i here) anyway I want to sue. is there a maybe class action suit going on any one on here heard about?

I doubt anyone here would hear about a class action lawsuit. It's not like he did this all over the United States! If months have passed then it's too late. It didn't bother you enough at the time to report it so that counts against you. Without witnesses it's a case of he said she said. Just watch your back from now on and don't be caught alone with this person.
Your steward is still a Kroger employee. If this person's behavior still persists, and others have been affected by it, you need to approach your store management and tell them what has been going on.
If they are slow to act, or brush you off, you need to make an Ethicspoint claim. It's an anonymous hotline of sorts made exactly for this sort of thing.
It's ok. I found a lawyer whos going after Krogers and he sayis he can get me/us at least a million $$ out of it.. I had to cash in a trust fund check of 10 k to pay him, but he promised this is gunna happen !!!! Thanks for all the responses guys.
Do you have his promise about a million in writing? You should get something for the money you have spent.
What are your damages?
Did you google the lawyers name to make sure he has no complaints about him?
You lose credibility because you waited two months to do anything about it. You did not report anything to the police. Any video Kroger had is probably gone by now.
Kroger lawyers will eat your lawyer alive but he will keep your money. They will say that you are doing this now because of all the money the Cosby accusers are trying to make. And you never reported it to a manager or Human Resources. There are specific directions in the Employee handbook you signed when you were hired on how to deal with sexual harassment. Kroger has a strict policy and as a company will not tolerate it.
Come back and let us know how it turns out.

So, let me get this straight. You have access to a trust fund that you can just withdraw 10,000 dollars in a days time? And you work for Kroger at a slaves wage EVEN after you were molested? If you told all this to that attorney I promise he is keeping that 10 grand and laughing all the way to the bank. And you AINT GETTIN JACK!
