You have to change your password every 60-90 days.
If you are at work and at an office phone, pick up phone and dial Kroger Support. Should be one of the marked buttons(left side, lowest button). The person that answers will be able to assist you. Or, you could try to go to PassPort first and change your password even if your old one doesn't work.
I'm getting a "This webpage is not available ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" error message. The details say its most often caused by a bad internet connection, but I checked from several different places with different internet connections so it's not that. I don't think the password thing would cause an issue like that?
I couldn't either but then I realized that I had changed my password at work on passport and didn't update my saved password on greatpeople. I changed my password to match and it worked. Good luck!
