Took me and another department manager from another store working several overnights to pass muster. Exactly how are you supposed to keep those standards everyday when you have to do extraordinary things to get there in the first place?
Don't worry, since my walk I've had corporate goons in daily to point out that we should know better that are daily operations aren't the "standard." Just in case you weren't sure if it'd get worse.
So....we passed our standards walk, but now i hear today that there's some customer first walk (i think was what it was called). Does this crap ever end?
