I do resets for a grocery chain. I make 12.75 an hr for an 7-8 hr shift. Usually we finish in 2-5 hours and we get to go home. How are other reset teams like?

Reset teams here are between 1-2 people per store depending on size. You have one store and one store only that you do. Pay is about the same, between 11-13. As long as you get your work done, you can leave. It's not a full time gig though, usually 30 hours a week, but fluctuates depending on the needs of the business.

We have 7 people on our team. We work the same set of stores every week and hours are the same each week(30-32). Most days we leave way too early so working a 2nd job is not hard. I used to work for a grocery store as a full-time stocker for 2 years and there was too much work for the little pay I received. Got transferred to a broken store with a $*%# crew captain and quit. With my reset job and my 2nd job, I make much more.
