All depts running on a skeleton crew. They never want to give us help or hire people even though they announce that they are hiring over the intercom 40 ****ing times in a 8 hour work day. Then you have someone in your Dept that gets sick or has to have surgery and your ****ed. Managers then ask why the work isnt getting done, why sales are down, or why markdowns are through the roof. I'm so sick of it.

At my store we are over staffed. Most just stand around and look busy. Sometimes I wish we had a skeleton crew so we had something to do at least.
