I need basic info on price overrides for 4 Customer Service purposes.
I understand how to VOID an item.
It's re-ringing it in at the new price that stumps me (BASIC OVERRIDE)
how to do discounts with the 50/2 or 20/?
ALSO, how to void produce and entering the weight (because I keyed in the wrong produce code)

For price overrides, void off the item and the key in the new price, then scan the item, then press 8 (make it right) and enter.
produce should just be able to press void, weigh item, press in the code you put in, and enter. If not, call for a managers key override.
sorry, with the price override i forgot a step:
void off item -> key in new price -> press price override -> scan item -> press 8 (make it right)
