Okay I have a question. I've been getting scheduled for the past month or two 7-3 every weekend. I'm a bagger and I have to clean the bathrooms every morning and all that. The bagger who usually does it gets the weekends off now. He has more seniorty than me. Is there anyway to get out of this. Now I like getting off early and all but every single weekend is getting on my nerves. Can I do something about this? What should I do? Just ask them ? I feel nothing would be done if I asked.
7-3 isn't bad at all tbh. For my first 5 years or more I was late shift every weekend almost. You'll just have to wait til there are more newbies under you to get them off too probably
