Where do I find bunker plans?

I read that it's on the southwest web site, but cannot find it for the life of me.

I'm telling you, I've been the new seafood lead at my store for one month now but they refuse to train me. There are so many things I do not know how to do on the handheld scanner, my raise has not gone through yet and might not for 5 more months like our new butcher, and I'm not even on the mailing list for our district coordinator.

I'm not sure about that but i know what you mean about them taking their time with these things.

I still can't get in my own account to make schedules and have to use the deli manager's account, because it says i haven't been assigned a labor group, even though i've mentioned it more than once. I'm still not listed at the top of the schedule either, i'm just listed as a clerk, even though in every other system i have the dept. head title.

Sales plan?  Not sure if they give bunker plans.

I find my department plans on enterprise Citrix, Applications, Weekly sales plan(all the way down).  Once you are on that page, select sea food.  Ask another department manager to train you.  Better to ask the Meat department manager because they will have similar bunker plans like you.

There is a way to get it directly off the main office printer but not sure how your office printer is set up.

Cao is simple enough.  Ask specific questions.  There are several people on this site familiar with using CAO.  I have never seen a training manual.  I learned bits and pieces from many people.  And, accidentally figured out other things...  You might use a combination of CAO and ISO for your departmnet.  I am not familiar with ISO ordering but know it has to be uploaded/merged with CAO in order to get your order.

Search this site for RF handheld or CAO directions.

I posted this a few months ago:

F1  -  Help with F keys index.

F2  Open data field when you want to change BOH or Min or add to an order.

F3  Order History

F4  Might be to look up what UPC codes are trailered together.  Use F7 and F8 to flip to different trailers.

F5  Closes the data field after you have made changes.

F6  When the order is open, it shows most of the info you saw on the computer when looking at the order.

F7  After you press F3, you only see the sales history for the last 30 says.  F7 will go back a few more weeks.

Same if you are on the info screen.  Press F7 and it will show you the different trailers attached to that barcode.

F8  Undoes what F7 did above.

F9  Shows a lot of data.  I normally use the MDS number to adjust my minimum when I had control of it.  Minimum daily supply.

Over 26 billion in sales last quarter, yet this is the extent of this corporation's "training".

Pitiful.
