i don't understand why they have added yet another person to the gm department and then give us all 20 hours after I have been working for 9 months getting 32-40 hours a week. they complain about turnover but they don't allow anyone to make a living. I can't survive on 20 hours and pay union dues ..... Not even eligible for any benefits. It doesn't make sense to me at all.
