So my operations manager and my customer service manager get together and decide they will take me off the front end schedule, even though i am one of the best cashiers and my ring tender is higher than every supervisor and cashier and manager front end. then they try to put me in floral dept with a sociopath knowing that this person is crazy and will try to make me miserable. then they claim its because of my availability. yet they never told me i needed to change my availability. then when the operations manager tells the csm to work with me on my availability and to put me back on the schedule, she makes up excuses why she cant do it. this is what management gets paid to do? come up with dumb schemes all day? then they ask me not to call the union? sounds to me like the csm is insubordinate. the operations manager gave her a direct order and she is refusing to do it.
Customers also sense how miserable all Kroger employees are too. That's partly why a lot of them choose to intentionally shop at other places and kudos to them.
I am still furious at what my managers did to me. Made a change that negatively altered my department and then gave same new hire(3 months) a free pass to full time. It all looks like a set up for a buddy of the store manager. They can go **** themselves and shove their integrity up their asses.
I woke up Christmas morning and laid in bed for 4 hours wondering why I got such a raw deal. All I could think of was: Favoritism, Cronyism, and Nepotism. The second thing I think of every morning is how bad I got screwed over. This happened 2 months ago and I am still ticked about it. grrrrr. *******s, the whole lot of them.
I am currently plotting my move to another store. I don't care what store I end up at. I just need out of where I am at.
