Last year, I worked for Fry's Marketplace for almost 3 months. I moved after quitting, and I didn't think to change my address. I was told my w2 would be forwarded, so I didn't sweat it. When it didn't arrive, I decided to call. It took me forever to find the right number to call and when I did, an automated voice told me that all of my tax information is available on mytaxform.com. So I go on there only to realize I don't know what my username or password is. I try to go through the steps to validate myself, but it kept saying I have the wrong information. I call the help number it provided and they were no help, they told me the same thing. They told me to contact my employer but every time I try, it's the same automated voice thing and it hangs up! I've tried various usernames and passwords on mytaxform and all of them say they are wrong. I don't know if maybe I'm using the wrong employer code or something? Again, I worked at a Fry's Marketplace. I appreciate any help or advice you can give me.
I never got mine from Kroger. Not sure if this applies to frys. I had to go online to get a copy. I did get the insurance tax paperwork proof from Kroger yesterday. So, maybe my w2 is not far behind?...I already filed my taxes. So all is good for me.
All you need is your SS# and your Employee ID and birthdate. Employee ID is initials followed by 5 numbers. You would have used it to log into greatpeople.me to see your schedule or to see your paystub online. You can try to call the store Hiring manager and get them to look it up for you. You should have filled out a change of address form with the post office to make sure your mail follows you.
