I was wondering what the best way is to get your boss in trouble. A co-manager has been picking on me so I feel, and I am thinking about doing something good. What would be the best way?
Document everything he/she has done or is doing. As long as it's NOT YOUR FAULT, then you're in the clear. you MUST be innocent 1000% of the way.
Just doing something to your manager to get him/her in trouble because you feel picked on CAN and WILL backfire on you worse.
Yup, sounds like something frivolous without details. My manager and co managers are cool to me. They have a job to do and have to be tough to get **** done. I get along well with most of my coworkers. I have been rubbed the wrong way from coworkers so they don't get my best in the future. I can help them get things done the easy way or I can play dumb and let them do things the hard way. I leave it up to them.
