Your store gets fined a certain amount of money per person that doesn't finish them, so yes, ultimately they could fire you for it.

Web Based Learning. When we were hired on, Bakerchick, they might have been called "CBT's" (Computer based training).

Ooooh okay. Yea, I know what you are talking about now and actually they were pretty much the extent of my "training". Beyond that I've had to figure things out along the way.

If you're a new hire, I thought you can't even start in your department until you've done them all.

Same when I went to department head training, I couldn't even get signed off on my paperwork until I did them all for my section.
