If you signed a bid, you can usually change your mind and go back to your old store within 30 days.

If you did a direct transfer, you will need to speak to whoever made the transfer happen to see if you can back out of it.

What exactly makes the store so bad?  All stores have their issues....

Some store managers are not very good managers.  Others are tyrants.  Can you make the store work for you?  Or, is it that bad?

When a store is poorly run, everyone gets burned out and moral snowballs south to negativeville.

I did not sign anything, the department manager called and told me I will be working at the different store.

I am a part time worker but I am currently getting 35-45 hours a week.

New locations department manager managing the department poorly.

Manager seems careless making the workers also careless. I walked in today everything was all over the place and they don't seem to really care.

I called the union they told me they can transfer me to a different store as long as its within 25 mile radius from my home.

So i dont know what to do either I just work the same way they work or put in my week leave notice and find new job.
